What we use
We use contact and address details to manage accounts, quotes, orders, delivery, invoices and support. Your supplied artwork, measurements and proof decisions are used to prepare and manufacture your order. Card details are handled by Stripe; the store does not receive or store full card numbers.
Private files and service providers
Customer artwork and proofs are private and available to authorized staff and the relevant customer. Necessary data is shared with payment, hosting, email and delivery providers to perform the service. We do not sell customer artwork or publish it as a testimonial without permission.
Cookies, messages and choices
Essential cookies support authentication and private design access. Your basket and saved items can be stored on your device. Optional marketing messages and measurement require the applicable choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages and contact us about access, correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain for orders and legal obligations.
